Job Title: Server/Waiter/Waitress

Summary:

At Red Basil, we like to treat our employees as our family. We are looking for long-term team-player servers who can work in a multi-cultured environment. For those who seek employment with the hope of progressing through the ranks to a management position, we are also in the process of expanding our business and will soon be seeking for leaders among our ranks to help manage business affairs. We will always believe in providing opportunity for our employees, as long as the aptitude-shoe fits.

 

About the job:

·         Serve customers according to established expectations from trainings

·         Assist management and the team with any special projects

·         Follow management’s directions

·         Help management discover newer and better ways of doing things

·         Abide by Utah Health Code

·         Follow established processes

·         Help train new employees if ever necessary

·         Accomplish various assigned side-jobs

·         Be dependable and communicate with team effectively

 

Requirements:

·         Able to legally work in the United States

·         A positive team player

·         Can do fast-paced repetitive work

·         Ability to work long hours every week

·         Is respectful in language, does not use profanity, respects the names of Deity, and respects others’ values

At Red Basil, we like to treat our employees as our family. We are looking for a long-term team-player cook who can work in a fast-paced environment. There is a trial period, which if you pass then you will receive a pay raise.

 

About the job:

·         Cook according to customer orders with excellent consistent quality, never letting consistency slip

·         Pre-prepare foods for fast through-put

·         Assist management and the team with any special projects

·         Follow management’s directions

·         Help management discover newer and better ways of doing things

·         Abide by Utah Health Code

·         Follow established processes

·         Help train new employees if ever necessary

 

Requirements:

·         Able to legally work in the United States

·         A positive team player

·         Can do fast-paced repetitive work

·         Surpass the employment trial period
